Finance is a global team, so there may be opportunities for you to travel to other FCE Bank plc locations where you could work together with our international colleagues. Our main UK location is in Essex and during your time on the graduate scheme you will rotate through at least two of the following key business areas:

• Accounting
• Financial analysis
• Regulatory reporting & prudential compliance
• Treasury

To be part of our future, you will need: 

• A minimum 2:1 degree, ideally  in (or you could put from) a finance-related discipline 
• Experience of using Excel and an ability to learn data analytics tools such as Alteryx
• An ability to communicate clearly in writing, over the phone, and face-to-face
• Effective interpersonal skills 
• To be highly motivated, have a proactive approach and show willingness to learn 
• A passion for innovation and an ability to use your creativity to solve problems
•  To possess excellent communication skills and be able to show empathy with customers
• Courage, integrity and a control mindset
• To demonstrate the ability to work in a team, high levels of emotional intelligence and excellent leadership skills
